SUFFOLK UNIVERSITY HOUSING PORTAL
NEW INCOMING STUDENTS
We're so excited to have you join us in Fall 2026! Please log into the Housing Portal by clicking on the SUFFOLK - Student SSO Login button below. You will use your Suffolk credentials to log in.
The Housing Application will open May 27, 2026 and is due June 29 @10:00AM. Housing Selection will occur in July.
Please keep an eye on your Suffolk Email address for all communications from our office, including information on how to apply, how selection works, and what move-in will look like.
SUFFOLK USERNAME/PASSWORD NEEDED
If you are a new incoming student, you must setup your Suffolk username and password credentials before you can login to the Housing Portal. After you submit your deposit, you should receive an email from Suffolk or the Suffolk IT department with your username and instructions for setting up your password.
RETURNING STUDENTS
The Housing Application for 2026 - 2027 deadline has passed, but you can still apply. While Housing Selection has officially wrapped up, the remaining available rooms are now viewable and ready to select for any returning student still in need of housing. Complete your Housing Application in order to view and select a room.
UNDERGRADUATES
The Housing Selection process for 2026 - 2027 occured in late March.
Please complete a housing application if you are still in need of housing for the 2026 - 2027 academic year.
GRADUATE & LAW
The Housing Selection process for returning graduate & law students occured in late March.
If you are a RETURNING Graduate or Law Student and are unable to login via the SSO link below, please contact us at reslife@suffolk.edu so we can grant your account access to the housing portal.
Provide the following information: First Name, Last Name, Suffolk Email, Suffolk ID#, Date of Birth
NEW Graduate or Law Students will be able to select housing in July with all other new students. Information about how to apply, how to select housing, and move-in will be sent to your Suffolk email address starting in May and throughout the summer.
